In the long run, leading with "we" rather than "me", building trust through clear, honest and transparent communication, keeping promises, and being authentic and fearless has never failed me.  This has truly enriched me and the many stakeholders that I've had the privilege to work with.

Chet Keizer
Founder and CEO

After building a reputation as an accomplished sales executive with Cuisinart and Design House, Inc., I spent nearly twenty-one years, fourteen as President, at IRIS USA, Inc., a multi-billion dollar global consumer products company.  I led the U.S. subsidiary of this Japanese family owned enterprise into one of the most trusted and admired providers of plastic storage and organization products in the retail housewares industry.  Building the business through some of the biggest and most respected retailers in the world, I excelled in developing and executing strategies, creating core values that delivered best-in-class products and services on a consistent basis.  The simple concept of striving for mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders was the driving force in creating strong financial results.

I'm currently working with local government, education and business communities, to teach and inspire stakeholders to evolve into a "Force for Good".  The "power of purpose" is the foundation on which to build strong, vibrant, and profitable business.  Engaging stakeholders in sharing and honoring this purpose is one of the keys to success.

I'm an avid aviator, holding a Private Pilot Certificate.  I love sharing my passion for flying with others, and I'm a Lifetime Member of the Experimental Aircraft Association.  I also help promote aviation through EAA's Young Eagles program, promoting general aviation to students.

I recently was named Executive in Residence at Ottawa University's Angell Snyder School of Business, and serve on their Advisory Board.  I also represent the city of Surprise as a member for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and serve on its Executive Committee.  In addition, I serve on the City of Surprise AZ TechCelerator Advisory Board.  The TechCelerator is a business incubation center for start-ups and entrepreneurs.  And finally, I'm a proud member of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce.
